I chat on MSN. Daily. All day. Mostly with my friend Clare. Sometimes she says things that annoy me, things that get to me in some way. Or maybe things that I just don't want to hear or own up to (insert sad face). But then she hits send with a little dancing penguin and just like that, I'm over it.
