Babe, Hun, Buddy...oh my!

Have you ever noticed how people use certain terms of endearment on facebook posts like 'babe' or 'hun' or 'buddy' to address their friends. But then you notice that they call everyone these things and so they just lose all meaning and become to mean, well, nothing.
