Mussels and vino

So I just made a pound of mussels and finally opened that wine I bought last year in Niagara. I was saving it for a special occasion, maybe a date...but god knows when that will happen, so I opened it. It's delicious. And besides, my new way of living is not to save things for 'special occasions' cause I might be dead before then.
Oh and the fact that mussels look like female genitalia is not lost on me. I then had a Cherry tart for dessert...perhaps I do need a date.
